A small, shallow, French copper casserole and cover. This piece is marked, to the lid, with a number '20'. This relates to the internal diameter of the pan. It is French and it dates from c.1890. It is good quality, being well made, from a heavy gauge of copper. It has nicely shaped, brass handles to both sides of the pan and also to the lid, and it is in excellent condition. The interior has been re-tinned, so that it can be used. This is a particularly small size for a pan of this type.
