A very good quality, small French copper saucepan and cover. Both the pan and lid are marked with a number ’10’ which relates to the size. Date: c.1890. There are steel handles to both the pan and lid, which are the typical French shape. The pan is made from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper. Both the pan and lid are in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned, in the traditional manner, so that it can be used.
Dimensions: The pan is 10.4cm. (4 1/8in) diameter by 7.2cm. (2 7/8in) high. Overall the pan is 21cm. (8 1/4in) long.
