A small, 19th century, French copper preserve pan. This has the typical French form of brass handles to either side and it is made from a heavy gauge of copper. It dates from c.1880. There is slight pitting to the copper on the exterior of the pan and this would be from use. Otherwise it is in good condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 32.2cm. Depth of pan 11.8cm. Total width across the handles 39.5cm. Total height including the handles 15.2cm.
