A small, French, oval copper gratin dish. This is made from a substantial gauge of copper, and it has fixed, brass handles to either end. It dates from c.1920. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used. This type of dish is ideal for dauphinoise potatoes, or a vegetable gratin, and can be taken straight from the oven to the table.
