A small, Victorian copper saucepan and cover. This is English and dates from c.1880. There is a large letter “I” stamped to the base. The pan is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has castellated seams around the base and up the side. It has the typical English form of steel handle, with triangular fittings. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 10.8cm. Depth of pan 9cm. Overall length of pan and handle 21.3cm.
