A small, 19th century, English copper omelette pan. This has the typical, English form of steel handle and it dates from c.1880. The pan is only big enough for an omelette for one, or for frying a single egg as it measures 18.2cm diameter by 3cm. deep. The overall length of the pan and handle is 34.2cm. There is pitting to the steel handle but otherwise it is in very good condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
