Two Handled Saute Pan

An English copper, two handled saute pan. This  saute pan is the type that was also used as the lid on English copper stockpots but they were also sold separately. This one is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it has attractive brass handles to either side. It dates from c.1860. It is in excellent condition and we have had the interior re-tinned so that it can be used.
