A really small, 19th century, French copper preserve pan. This is probably one of the smallest preserve pans that we have had and would only be large enough for making a couple of jars of jam or preserve. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper, has a rolled rim, steel handles and it dates from c.1880. It is in very good condition with just very slight pitting to the steel handles.
Diameter of pan 24cm. Depth of pan 8.7cm. Overall width including the handles 30cm. Overall height including the handles 10.7cm.
