A very small, French copper omelette pan dating from c.1860. This is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it has a very simple form of steel handle. I think that it is the smallest omelette pan that we have ever had. It is in very good condition and, although it hasn’t recently been re-tinned, the tinning is still in usable condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 12.5cm. Depth of pan 1.8cm. Overall length of pan and handle 30cm.
