A good quality, Victorian copper kettle. This is a lovely shaped kettle, with a very simple, strap form brass handle. The kettle is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has castellated seams. It dates from c.1860. The acorn shaped finial and the rim of the kettle are also brass.
There is small repair to the lid, where it has split, but other than that it is in very good condition and it could still be used.
