Dimensions:
A Wedgwood, black basalt teapot and cover. This piece has an impressed mark ‘WEDGWOOD’. The body of the teapot is plain but the spout, handle and finial are all beautifully moulded. This design was produced in the 18th century but this example dates from c.1840. It is a very elegant design and it is in excellent condition.
