Bud Vase

A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip bud vase. This piece is marked 'WEDGWOOD' to the base and it dates from c.1880. It also has a couple of indistinct  impressed marks. It is decorated with four different, small  classical subjects  and to the rim is a narrow band of stylised flowers and leaves. There is some bleeding of the blue dip colour into the white relief and there are also a couple of small firing cracks in the reliefs. Other than this it is in good condition.
