Dimensions:
A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip jardiniere. This piece is marked 'WEDGWOOD' to the base and it dates from c.1880. It also has a couple of indistinct impressed numbers or letters. It is decorated with five different classical subjects beneath garlands of grapes and vines which hang from lion's heads. To the rim is a narrow border of flowers. All of the reliefs are good quality and the jasper dip is a good, rich, shade of blue. It is in excellent condition.
