A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip jardiniere of ogee form. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1895. It is also impressed with a number ‘4’ , which relates to the size, and a workman’s mark. It is decorated with a continuous band of classical figures and trees and to the rim and the base there are foliate borders.. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a good, rich, shaped of blue. It is in excellent condition.
