A small, 19th century, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip dish. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1895. It would have been part of a dressing table set. The centre of the dish is decorated, in white relief, with classical figures offering sacrifices and this is surrounded by a border of grapes and vines. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a rich shade of blue. The piece is in excellent condition.
