A Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip bowl. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It also has an impressed letter “W” and a number ‘9’ which relates to the diameter of the bowl in inches. It is decorated, in white relief, with a continuous band of classical figures, trees and foliage, and to the rim is a border of oak leaves and acorns. All of the reliefs are good quality and the dip colour is a rich shade of blue. It is in excellent condition.
