A Wedgwood creamware dish with a pierced rim. This is marked “WEDGWOOD” and it dates from.1790. The rim is pierced with the Greek Key design. Originally this was probably the base for a muffin dish as there is a rim, inside the border, where a lid would have sat.

Condition: There is a crack running around almost a quarter of the foot rim but otherwise it is sound and the crack does not go into the body of the dish. 

Dimensions: Diameter 25.3cm Depth 3.5cm.
