A wooden butter print carved with a swan. This is very finely carved, with excellent detail to the design. It is difficult to identify the wood as a dark wax has been used on it and that makes it difficult to see the grain properly. There are a couple of woodworm holes to the reverse of the mould but they have been treated and the worm is no longer active. Other than this it is in excellent condition.
