An interesting Victorian brass pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. The brass tool consists of a small wheel for trimming the edge of a pie and a diamond shaped marker for impressing a decoration in the pastry. This is well made, and quite heavy duty, and the handle is turned from beechwood. It dates from c.1880 and it is in very good, usable condition.
