An oval, Victorian, copper pipe mould. This mould doesn't have any manufacturers marks but it is stamped with a pattern number 'N.99'. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It is an attractive design, but it has seen better days. Nearly all of the pointed tops in the design have been repaired. Most have gone to holes in the past. The holes are no longer visible if you hold the mould up to a light as they all have soldered repairs. This damage can all be seen in the images and the mould is now only fit for decorative purpose.
