Wooden toddy ladle

A nineteenth century wooden toddy ladle. This piece is made from a dark wood and has a nicely turned handle. It dates from c.1860. It is quite light in weight where the wood has dried out over the years. There is slight marking to the wood, on the handle, but other than that it is in good condition and the wood has a dark patina.
