An unusual shaped, copper jug of squat from, with a pinched spout. This piece is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has castellated seams around the base and up the side. It has quite a simple, flat start handle and it dates from c.1840. There is a very tiny dent to one side but other than that it is in very good condition. The tinning is worn, so it is now just for decorative purpose.
