A double ended, copper measuring spoon. This piece is stamped with the letter ‘R’. This would probably have been the initial of a previous owner. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1860. One end is a tablespoon measure and the other end is a dessert spoon. It has seen plenty of use. The larger spoon has slight denting and there is an old repair to the end of the smaller spoon.
