A deep, French copper preserve pan. This piece is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it has the typical, French style of brass handles to either side. It dates from c.1880. There is very slight marking to the copper in the base of the pan, from use, but other than that it is in very good condition. The pan measures 42.5cm diameter by 17.8cm high and the overall dimensions, including the handles, are 49.2cm wide by 21.5cm. high.
