A lovely quality, French copper, deep sauté pan. This is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1880. The side of the pan is stamped with a number ’24’ which relates to the diameter in centimetres. It measures 24.5cm. diameter by 7cm. deep and the overall length of the piece, including the steel handle, is 46.5cm. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
