A good quality, French copper, creme reversee pan. This is unmarked and it dates from c.1880. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and has substantial copper handles to the sides and a flat copper, strap handle to the lid. The pan is 13cm. diameter by 8cm deep and including the handles it is 17.8cm. wide by 10cm. high. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
