Large wooden pastry wheel

A large, nineteenth century wooden pastry crimper. This is turned from beechwood and the carved wheel is of a particularly large size.

Probably French.  c.1880.

Dimensions: Length 20.2cm. Width 2.2 cm. Diameter of wheel 6.5cm. 

Condition: 7 woodworm holes to the handle. These have been treated so it is no longer active.
