A very good quality, French copper, deep sauté pan. This pan is made from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It has quite an unusual form of fitting to the steel handle. The pan is 24.5cm. diameter by 6.7cm. deep and the overall length of the pan and handle is 48.2cm.
Condition: It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
