A set of 4 children’s plates with black transfer prints depicting dances from around the world. The titles to the transfers are in French.
Each one marked “PORCELAINE OPAQUE DE GIEN”.
Date: c.1860
Dimensions: Each plate: Diameter 17.6cm. Depth 1.5cm.
Condition: Plate depicting “LA DANCE EN AUVERGNE LA BOURREE” has staining and two cracks. The other three plates are in good condition.
