A 19th century, earthenware mould of geometric form. This mould has an impressed mark, which consists of the name ‘DAVENPORT’ around an anchor. However, the mark has not been deeply impressed so it is quite difficult to make out. It dates from c.1850. The design is deeply moulded and would turn out well.
There is a small chip to the rim but other than that it is in good condition.
