An interesting,19th century, brass pastry tool. This is cast in brass. There is an unusual wheel to one end which would leave a circular pattern in the pastry. To the opposite end is a cutter in the shape of a leaf. It is English and dates from c.1870.
It is in good condition but the leaf shaped end is pushed back slightly.
