Small, Wedgwood basalt jug

A small, Wedgwood, black basalt jug. This is moulded with a reeded design. The base is moulded with a stylised flower and in the centre of this is a very small, impressed “WEDGWOOD” mark. It dates from c.1830 and it is in excellent condition. It is unusual to find this design in such a small size.
