A small, pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a lamb chop. This is marked, in the casting to one side, “L.G. 1692”. This is the mark of the French company Letang and it dates from c.1890. The moulding is very well detailed and this would turn out well.
Dimensions: Length 11.2cm. Width 7cm. Depth 2.2cm.
Condition: It is in very good condition, with quite a dark patina to the exterior. The interior is in very good, bright, usable condition
