A good quality, 19th century, steel herb or vegetable chopper with a T shaped, brass handle. This is well made, with an ornately shaped blade and a fancy, cast brass handle. It is English and dates from c.1860. There is very minor pitting to the steel blade, consistent with use, but otherwise it is in excellent condition. It is still exceptionally sharp so it could be used.
