Wedgwood Jasper Candlesticks

An attractive pair of Wedgwood, dark blue, jasper dip candlesticks. Each candlestick is marked “WEDGWOOD ETRURIA ENGLAND” and this mark dates them to c.1895. The nicely shaped sticks are decorated, in relief, with bands of classical figures and there are various foliate borders. All of the reliefs are good quality and both candlesticks are in very good condition. There are just a couple of tiny areas where the blue jasper dip colour has not fully covered the white body.
