"Harrison Epos" Bread Knife

A Victorian steel bread knife with a well carved beechwood handle. The blade is engraved with “HARRISON EPOS & HOWSON CUTLERS TO HER MAJESTY” beneath a crown with “V" to one side and “R" to the other. It is also engraved  “Bread Knife” in an ornate script. The handle is deeply carved with a blade of wheat against a stipple ground. Both the carved handle and the blade are still in very good condition.
