Pewter Asparagus Ice Cream Mould

A  pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a spear of asparagus. This is marked, in the casting to both sides, with “CC BREVETE SGDG”.  CC is the mark of the French company Cadot. It dates from c.1880. There is good detail to the design and the mould would turn out a full size spear of asparagus. It is in excellent condition. The exterior has quite a pale patina and the interior is in good, usable condition.
