Curved, Brass Pastry Tool

A Victorian brass pastry tool with a small wheel to one end and a curved marker to the other. This is well made and it dates from c.1880. The wheel was used for trimming the rim of a pie and the curved marker was used for putting a  design onto the sides, or top, of a pie. It is in excellent condition.

Dimensions: Length 11cm. Diameter of wheel 2.6cm. Width of curve 3.3cm.
