18th Century Dutch Delft Tile

One from an interesting collection of 18th century, Dutch Delft tiles hand painted in blue with scenes showing children playing at various games. All date between c.1740 and c.1760. This example shows two boys playing marbles. 

Condition: Minor chipping to rim, crazing and slight pitting to glaze.

Dimensions: 5 inch (12.7cm) square.
