A good quality, 19th century, French copper preserve pan. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It has the typical, French form of brass handles to either side, and a rolled rim. There is very minor marking to the copper on the interior of the pan, from use, but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 35.5cm. Depth of pan 12.9cm. Overall width including the handles 45cm. Overall height including the handles 16cm.
