A nice quality, brass pastry tool with a cast brass pastry wheel and a turned wooden handle. This is well made and has a very heavy, cast brass wheel with heavy duty fittings making it a very usable piece. The handle is turned from beechwood and it dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition.
