A Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a large wheel to one end and a heart shaped cutter to the other. This is very well made, and heavily cast, an has an attractively shaped shank. It dates from c.1870 and it is in excellent condition.

Dimensions: Length 11.6cm. Diameter of wheel 3.7cm. Length of heart shaped cutter 3.3cm.
