Wooden Handled Pastry Tool

A Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. This has a small, but heavy pastry wheel and a diamond shaped marker to the one end and the handle is turned from beechwood. It dates from c.1880 and is in excellent condition. 

Dimensions: Length 14.2cm. Diameter of wheel 2.3cm. Length of diamond shaped marker 2.8cm.  Diameter of handle 3.5cm.
