Nicely Carved Bread Knife

A Victorian, steel bread knife with a carved wooden handle. The handle is nicely carved with “BREAD”, at an angle, across ears of  wheat. It dates from c.1880. There is a burn mark to the wooden handle, by the edge of the blade, but otherwise it is in good condition.

Dimensions: Length 31.4cm. Width 3.2cm. Diameter of handle 2.7cm.
