A nineteenth century, oval, French copper pie plate. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper, has a rolled rim and dates from c.1880. There is a substantial, brass loop, attached by simple copper fitting, for hanging. The piece is in very good condition. The interior hasn’t been re-tinned but the tinning is still in usable condition.
