A nice quality, 19th century, French copper ring mould. This design forms a fancy border, made up of stylised leaf forms, which resemble a crown. It is stamped with the number ’18’ over the letter ‘C’ and it dates from c.1880. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it is in excellent condition. The tinning, to the interior, is slightly flakey.
